Happy is the new Fit

What really means to be fit? At this point of my life, I’ve come to realize that it is important to focus on the things that really matter to me. My family, my health, my passions…

 

So when I think about fitness, the words gratefulness and peace come to my mind.  Being happy and having a good quality of life are “the new luxuries”, the ones that we all should be looking forward to achieve.

 

Here some simple steps that you can take to put yourself in a happier mood:

 

  1. Be present, breath, and let go.
  2. Live with balance
  3. Have some time for yourself. Taking “me” time is key
  4. Follow your own beauty standards and dreams
  5. Rise and Shine: Be grateful from the moment that you wake up
  6. Be kind to yourself and others
  7. Food for good mood
  8. Exercise and enjoy it
